should raise matter with His Majesty's Government in London.

I should be grateful if you would forward not

necessarily for communication to United States Government

fortnightly statement by air mail as full and accurate

as possible of countries of origin and destination of

munitions passing through Hong Kong, and any other details

of arms traffic of general interest which may be

available.
